I am a Christian Counselor that believes in a holistic approach to mental well-being and physical wellness. I am proficient with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, SFBT (Solution Focused Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality and Person-Centered Therapy to help the client "move through" and process through the areas they are stuck. I believe that everyone benefits from the skills learned in therapy.

I am a psychologist that is passionate about all of us living the fully awake and vibrant lives we are meant to. Sometimes this involves healing from the past, other times it means working towards visioning and creating the future, oftentimes both. It generally involves some insight but also a good dose of experiential tools and learning about your central nervous system and how to both understand and work with it, what we call both top down and bottom up tools. Stay rooted deeply in the present moment, allowing your intuition, knowing, and being-ness to shine! These 1.5 hr. Expressive Arts Therapy sessions offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I have created a dynamic toolbox that can meet anyone where they are regardless of what topic you would like to explore. Combining mindfulness, talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative approaches every session is unique depending on what is most nourishing for you on that specific day.

Since graduating from grad school in 2003, I have been seeing your problems through your eyes. This philosophy has helped to guide others toward happier, healthier lives. I always let clients know that I am the same person with online therapy as when we met in the office. Being able to connect to clients can be even better when you are in the comfort of your own environment.
