[EN] Maybe you already understand where your reactions come from — and still find yourself repeating them: anxiety, pulling away when closeness becomes difficult, adapting so much to others that you lose track of what you actually want. I’m a Relational and Somatic Therapist, and my work looks at what is happening today — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships — not only at the story behind it. I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute connection call to see if this way of working could be a good fit.

Treatment Approach

  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: [EN] My work is informed by NARM — the NeuroAffective Relational Model. Rather than deciding in advance what should change in you, we start with what matters to you today and explore what gets in the way, here and now. Some familiar reactions can show up directly between us — pulling away, searching for the right answer, worrying that you’ve disappointed me, or adjusting yourself to preserve the connection. Rather than trying to correct these reactions, we can become curious about them as they happen. Sometimes that includes naming what you fear might be happening in the relationship — being judged, rejected, ignored, or manipulated — and looking together at what is actually happening. This isn’t about convincing you that your fear is wrong. When what you fear doesn’t match what is actually happening, something can begin to loosen on its own in the way you protect yourself. My work is also informed by Honest Sharing, developed by Gopal Norbert Klein, which I use when it is relevant, particularly in couples work. Some things are hard to say, or even to show. Honest Sharing invites you to come back to what is actually present — a sensation, an emotion, a thought — and put it into words. It can make room for being more fully yourself, with less to hold back or hide.

[EN] You might notice the same reactions coming back no matter how much you already understand them: replaying a conversation afterward, criticizing yourself for how you responded, sensing what someone else needs before noticing what you need, or pulling away when closeness becomes difficult. Understanding a pattern and living differently with it are two different things. These reactions can show up in the body too — as tension, a pulling back, fatigue, or a sense of disconnection. They can also appear directly in relationships, sometimes even in the relationship between us. I pay attention to what is happening in your thoughts, emotions, body, and the relationship itself, rather than only to the explanation behind it.
