I work with high-achieving individuals—leaders, professionals, and parents—who are capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their work and the people they care about. From the outside, many are successful and reliable. On the inside, they may be dealing with overthinking, burnout, impostor syndrome, or a persistent sense of pressure to perform at a high level.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Family Constellation Therapy Explores hidden family dynamics and patterns across generations. It helps people understand how past family issues may be influencing current struggles.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
Approach Description: My approach integrates clinical therapy with professional coaching, mindfulness, and mindset work. With nearly two decades of experience as a clinical social worker and being close to Master Certified Coach (MCC) level training, I bring both depth and direction into the work. This allows me to support clients not only in understanding what’s happening internally, but also in making meaningful, practical changes in their lives.
I work from a compassionate, grounded, and direct place. Sessions are thoughtful and honest, with a focus on clarity rather than endless analysis. I value insight, but I also value movement. This means we look closely at patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses—while also identifying what needs to shift, what no longer serves you, and how to respond differently in real life.
Mindfulness is an important part of my work, not as a concept to master, but as a way of developing awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust. Coaching tools help bring intention and leadership into the process, while therapy provides the safety and depth needed to explore more complex emotional experiences.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or bypassing hard truths. At the same time, I don’t believe growth has to be heavy or dramatic. My style is supportive but straightforward—rooted in compassion, accountability, and respect for your capacity to think, feel, and choose differently.
This approach is especially well-suited for high-functioning individuals who want depth without indulgence, insight without over-intellectualizing, and support that leads to real, sustainable change.

My background as a clinical social worker gives me a strong foundation in mental health, emotional patterns, and nervous system regulation. My work in professional coaching and leadership development brings a forward-focused approach—supporting clients not only in understanding themselves, but in making intentional, sustainable changes in how they lead, relate, and live.
I am especially drawn to people who are used to carrying responsibility—those in leadership roles, demanding careers, or parenting young families. Many of my clients are navigating complex lives while feeling disconnected from themselves, unsure why their success doesn’t feel as fulfilling or steady as it “should.” Others are moving through transitions, questioning old definitions of success, or recovering from burnout.
Therapy and coaching with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop a more grounded relationship with your mind and emotions. We work with patterns such as impostor syndrome, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic stress, while also strengthening emotional intelligence, self-trust, and leadership from the inside out. The work is practical, thoughtful, and directly applicable to real life—work, relationships, boundaries, and personal well-being.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping capable individuals reconnect with their own clarity, confidence, and capacity to lead their lives with intention rather than pressure.
At its core, this work is about coming home to yourself—so you can show up with greater steadiness, presence, and alignment in all areas of your life.
