Treatment Approach
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: I consider myself an existential-humanistic therapist and meditation teacher who loves to do parts work. Therapy with me is very body+emotion+insight oriented, grounded in compassion, and held with an understanding of the often misguided & oppressive societal systems and mindsets we live within. You and your patterns and struggles make sense based on what’s come before this moment and the contexts you’ve been surrounded by.
I specialize in working with highly sensitive humans who have experienced relational and/or childhood trauma. We start with creating a foundation of compassion, mindfulness, and inner resourcing before moving onto trauma healing via imaginative parts work. Helping you move toward releasing patterns of self-abandonment and empowering you to feel whole and supported within yourself, free to know and be authentically yourself in and out of relationships.

On my own journey, talk therapy and meditation have provided the foundation of compassion and mindfulness that I needed to begin my inner exploration. Trauma therapy is what enabled me to start truly shedding my learned responses of staying small (think: hyper vigilance, people-pleasing and fawning habits). And spirituality helps me daily to make sense of this whole wild journey of being a human on Earth.
I started Cosmic Reflections because I wanted to create a healing space that I felt was missing from the mainstream, and that shared all the tools that have been essential in my own healing journey. A sacred space that combines the empowering science of psychology and the healing magic of the 1:1 relationship; the tools for exploring inwards with curiosity and nonjudgment that meditation teaches; and the sense of interconnectedness, acceptance, and trust that spirituality fosters.
