I became a therapist because I believe that people are far more capable of change than they often give themselves credit for and they just need the right space and support to get there. What I bring to every session is a genuine blend of warmth, honesty, and focus. I will meet you where you are, and I will also gently push you forward. That combination is rare, and my clients tell me it is what makes the work actually stick. I have a particular passion for working with couples, parents, and stepfamilies — relationships that carry real complexity and do not always fit neatly into traditional therapy models. Stepfamily dynamics, blended households, and co-parenting challenges require a therapist who understands the nuance involved, and this is work I find deeply meaningful.
