I am a therapist completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), with a developing clinical focus on supporting clients through self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, nervous system regulation, life transitions, and relational challenges including infidelity and rebuilding confidence in relationships. I also have a particular interest in working with healthcare professionals and primary care providers, who often navigate high levels of stress, responsibility, and emotional fatigue in their roles.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: I view therapy as a collaborative and respectful process, where clients are supported in making meaning of their experiences and reconnecting with their values and strengths. My goal is to help individuals move beyond patterns of self-criticism, rigidity, or disconnection, and toward a more grounded, confident, and intentional way of living and relating.

My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic techniques. I aim to support clients in understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body, while developing greater awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion. A strong emphasis of my work is helping clients regulate their nervous systems and build internal safety, particularly when managing chronic stress, burnout, or relational rupture.
