Chad is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), solution focused therapy, spiritual care, and most importantly, he has had excellent role models who have helped him know what it means to be a good person... although following their example is the real challenge.
Chad has a wide variety of experience working with single, married (or "married"), straight or homosexual, family or individuals with issues from planning a future, divorce, depression, anxiety, anger, addiction such as alcohol and porn forgiveness, not being a pushover, not bottling up, self esteem, social skills, ADHD, bipolar, conflict resolution, healing, and generally being happier.
