Diane knew Psychology was her passion after taking her first Psych class in High School. She has always felt drawn to deep connection with friends and family. Her education, training and experience first as a Psychologist and currently as a Clinical Counsellor has been an amazing journey. She looks forward to connecting and developing an empowering therapeutic relationship with all her clients.

Approach Description: I am a Relational Therapist, with a person centred approach. This means first and foremost is the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship. I use CBT, Narrative, Body Centered Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Trauma Informed Therapies as well as Imago & Gottman Method for couples.
