  • Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.

No one should go through adversities alone. As your therapist, I want to be there to provide you with on-going emotional support to help you cope and overcome struggles that life throws your way. My experience supporting children and youth (6+) entails helping them to establish healthy relationships, social skills, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation abilities and behaviour modification techniques, all while encouraging leadership and independent thinking. My work with teens and young adults involves helping them navigate through their experiences with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and grief. I always aim to ensure that my clients leave each interaction feeling supported, cared about, and are provided with various resources to implement into their daily lives to help them successfully reach their full potential.
