Approach Description: My approach is warm, validating, and attuned to you and your needs. We go at the speed required in order for your system to feel comfortable enough to look inside. My primary training was Rogarian/Humanistic (unconditional positive regard) and I have since expanded to weave in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, parts-work (IFS/Psychosynthesis), attachment theory, and somatic body awareness. I work in the present moment, which means I can follow your lead or be more directive depending on what is presenting. Above all, I hold faith in your ability to strengthen your relationship with yourself, to integrate your parts, and to feel more freedom and joy in your life.
