Many people who reach out for therapy are used to carrying a lot on their own. They may appear capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted internally.
My practice focuses on helping adults understand their emotional patterns, reduce overwhelm, and develop practical strategies that actually work in everyday life. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that recognizes differences in how people think, process emotions, and navigate the world.
Clients often seek support for ADHD, anxiety, burnout, trauma, perfectionism, and self-esteem challenges. Therapy is collaborative and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together we work toward building clarity, resilience, and sustainable ways of coping.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
Approach Description: My therapeutic approach combines evidence-informed strategies with a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I integrate elements from cognitive and behavioural therapies, emotional processing work, and practical skill-building to support clients in understanding their internal experiences.
Sessions often focus on identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that contribute to stress or feeling stuck. At the same time, we work toward developing tools that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and everyday functioning.
I emphasize collaboration and curiosity throughout the process. Rather than assuming there is a single “right” way to cope or succeed, therapy becomes a space to explore what genuinely works for you. This approach is particularly helpful for individuals navigating ADHD, perfectionism, trauma responses, and chronic anxiety.

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you have spent years trying to manage everything on your own. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel overwhelmed by constant mental pressure, self-doubt, or the sense that they are always trying to keep up.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist providing online therapy for adults across Ontario. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges. I also work with individuals who identify as highly sensitive or who feel deeply affected by stress, relationships, and expectations.
My work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. Rather than viewing differences in attention, emotional processing, or sensory sensitivity as flaws, we explore how your mind works and identify ways to support it more effectively. Therapy often includes understanding patterns that developed over time, building emotional awareness, and developing practical tools that support day-to-day functioning.
Many clients come to therapy feeling burnt out from trying to meet high expectations at work, within family systems, or culturally. Others struggle with chronic worry, self-criticism, or the lingering impact of difficult experiences. Therapy provides a space to slow down, gain perspective, and learn strategies that make life feel more manageable.
Our work together may include exploring emotional patterns, strengthening self-compassion, learning ways to regulate stress, and building habits that support mental well-being. I aim to create an environment where clients feel respected, understood, and able to talk openly about their experiences.
Therapy is not about fixing who you are. Instead, it is about understanding yourself more deeply and developing tools that allow you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
