I specialize in helping people navigate grief, loss, life transitions, trauma, anxiety and relationship issues. Whether you're facing a major change, carrying an old wound or simply feeling that life is overwhelming, I'm here to walk beside you at your pace.
My approach is rooted in depth and Jungian psychology and a client-centered, relational way of working. I believe that the most transformative work in therapy comes from a strong trusting connection between therapist and client-and from that foundation, healing and growth naturally unfold.
I work with teens, seniors and everything in between. I have a special interest in supporting people through the unique challenges that arise at different life stages. My practice is currently fully online, offering you the comfort of engaging in therapy from your own space.
