I am passionate about helping individuals and couples in the millennial and young adult age-range and who are navigating relational difficulties, life transitions, identity shifts, anxiety & depression. While my passion for mental health started long ago, I have slowly found myself drawn to this specific age group and the unique set of challenges they are facing. Having faced many of these challenges myself, I get what it’s like to walk in your shoes and hope to offer guidance and support in your journey towards healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I use Relationship (Re)Programming, an attachment-based approach, to provide couples counseling. I am also a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital counseling.
