I am a warm and accepting therapist who works with children, teens adults. I have an natural ability to hone in on the concerns that are pertinent to your goals and well being. I have a special interest in grief, depression and anxiety. I create the space for you to feel seen, heard and supported. In addition to my work with adults I have specialized training in child centered play therapy. Children are quick to warm up to me and feel safe and comfortable coming to therapy to address the often big feelings and life changes they are experiencing.

- Play Therapy Uses toys, games, and creative play to help children express emotions. It is especially useful when children can’t fully verbalize their feelings.
- Psychodrama A group therapy that uses role-play and dramatization to process emotions. It helps clients gain perspective and release tension.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
