Hello, I'm Natalie Freiberg, a compassionate Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Toronto, Canada, serving individuals across Ontario. My passion lies in helping teens, young adults, and adults, who are navigating life’s transitions and facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, low self-esteem, stress management, trauma, and relationship conflict. In my therapeutic approach, I prioritize assisting clients in gaining clarity, overcoming obstacles and embarking on positive transformative changes that foster both mental and physical well-being.
