Currently providing in-person services at our London location, or virtual services across Ontario via video or telephone. Struggling with current challenges or maybe trying to overcome the past experiences that are impacting your responses or habits today? We are available to help you skillfully navigate whatever you are facing. Together with your Novus Rehab counsellor you will learn helpful, practical approaches to managing your unique worries and difficulties. Our evidence based therapy approaches are tailored specifically to your needs, to support you in problem solving, developing coping strategies, and learning to recognize your own personal strengths, resulting in a toolbox of skills you will be able to draw from so that you are well-prepared to navigate the challenges that you face today and in the future.
