I offer therapy because I have lived the ache of being stuck in not knowing my purpose, emotional eating, divorce trauma and overwhelm. I now know I was not broken, not failing, just believing some lies about myself and my situations. I now know that people heal through remembering who they were designed to be - healthy, healed, whole, free, confident, loved and abundant. I use a number of tools and methods including hypnotherapy, core belief change and light script therapy. Clients tend to need between 1 and 3 sessions to recover from their presenting issue.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Reality Therapy / Choice Theory Focuses on present choices and taking responsibility for actions. It helps clients create more fulfilling relationships and lives.
Approach Description: The experience of working with me is like a calm conversation which is going to reveal things you didn't know about yourself. I use hypnotherapy and the latest heart/brain research to help clients access an inner relaxed state from where we can begin to make some belief shifts. These new beliefs change how the client experiences life from a much more positive state. I base my practices on Biblical principles and the latest scientific research around learning, the mind and heart.

I work to help people experience again, a calm nervous system, an open, peaceful and clear heart, and core beliefs which create a much improved life experience. I do this using a number of tools and methods including hypnotherapy, which is actually just connecting with your inner relaxed self. Hypnotherapy is not a state where you are out of control of yourself and the situation you are in (no acting like a chicken on stage) but a very calm state - like just before you drop off to sleep and you are still aware of what's going on around you. I help clients change their core beliefs, gain clarity on their purpose or release long-held patterns without force. This is not therapy that asks you to try harder or become someone else — it is an invitation to come home to yourself, to experience clarity, peace, and forward progression from a place of compassion, insight, and joy. I do not rush, shame, diagnose, or pathologize the human heart; instead, I gently re-introduces safety to the body, truth to the mind, and belonging to the soul. I base my understanding of personal change on the biblical principles of being transformed by the renewal of your mind, and the freedom we actually can have. Clients come to me when they feel frustrated in live, disappointed, stuck, anxious, powerless, emotionally dead or recovering from a trauma. Because clients have often struggled for a long time I use rapid transformational practices which take between 1 and 3 sessions. All sessions are online which gives the client a feeling of safety and control. Sessions are followed up with an email that includes an audio recording of the powerful meditation we finish each session with. They then listen to that recording for at least 21 days to embed the new beliefs, thinking and behavior. It's a powerful way to make personal change and see your life improve - no longer stuck, anxious and powerless but confident, clear, calm and progressing. My practice is rooted in the understanding that we are designed to live lives of purpose, peace, abundance, calm and indeed fun. Many clients are able to draw a clear line between their freedom from their presenting issue and the therapy practice they have undertaken. As a therapist I am fully aware that even the word therapy has some negative implications for some people so my aim is to make sure clients know they are safe, always in control and will see breakthroughs and life shifts.
