I offer mental health services to individuals facing difficulties in their daily lives, assisting them in overcoming challenges and discovering inner resilience to thrive. This includes exploring and reflecting on past experiences, understanding and changing negative thoughts and maladaptive behaviours, finding ways to cope, and acquiring insight. I collaboratively work with my clients towards positive change. This is done in a safe and non-judgmental space.
