Online sessions are a convenient way to ensure you get the care you need in the convenience of your own home. I welcome clients who wish to to do all sessions online or a hybrid of in-person and online sessions according to their needs. I have nearly 20 years of experience working with clients of all ages on a range of issues including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, physical, sexual and narcissistic abuse, self-esteem, shame, disordered eating and stress related to toxic work and family environments.
