Abbrielle Schenck
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT-Associate
Do you love God but feel weighed down by anxiety, hopelessness, relationship conflict, or the pain of your past? You may have prayed, tried to push through, and still feel unsettled or disconnected. Many of my clients want help understanding their story through both faith and clinical insight, healing patterns that no longer serve them, and experiencing deeper peace and connection. Whether you want faith integrated into therapy or prefer a non-faith-based approach, my practice is inclusive and respectful of every person’s journey.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, spiritual questions, intimacy struggles, infidelity, pornography use, and problematic sexual behaviors. I focus on understanding root patterns and creating meaningful change. I offer both faith-integrated care and clinically grounded therapy without faith integration.
Whether you are struggling to trust, rebuild intimacy, make sense of your identity, or find peace again, there is space here for both your faith and your humanity. You don’t have to carry this alone. When you’re ready, we can begin working toward greater clarity, connection, and freedom together.

Sumer Statler Aeed
Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
Telehealth psychology support for life adjustments, trauma, relationships, and body issues. With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home and have continuity of care when you travel. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons. You may be located abroad or be a professional who travels, telehealth allows you to get the support and resources and meet you where your life is at.
While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions.
I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting.
Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be.
If you are not tech-savvy or anxious about using technology, I'll make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use, and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children, and/or family members or roommates. Please plan this out in advance so you have quiet and privacy during your session.
Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session.
Headphones or AirPods can often make audio clearer or provide more privacy, but are not necessary.
Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, connect from wherever you may be, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are.
You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.

Tracy L. Morris
Marriage and Family Therapist, MS LMFT
I've been serving clients for 10 years by video & phone sessions. In addition to health-related concerns, remote teletherapy can be just the right step for some other life situations.
If you've never seen a counselor by video before, your related concerns are understandable. In counseling, the term we use is "fit" -- describes when a particular counselor & setting feel 'just right' for you.

Do others view you as the strong friend or family member who saves the day, but there is rarely anyone who consistently shows up for you? You wonder if you’re a people pleaser, too hard on yourself, and why others don’t respect your boundaries. Is there past trauma that could be affecting your current relationships that you need to process? Unmanaged anxiety, depression, or unhealed trauma can leave you feeling dissatisfied with life.
