She is well-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Bowen’s theory, Gottman Method, CBT, and more. Cindy believes that each client is comprised of unique yet charismatic components such as personal upbringings, religious beliefs, and cultural backgrounds, that all contribute to narrate a cohesive personal story. I have been privileged to be invited into the lives of individuals and couples who are suffering and help them find their way to peaceful, fulfilling lives and relationships. Having walked the road from abuse, suffering, tragedy, and mental health disorders to healing myself, I feel especially equipped to help others do the same. Knowing that healing oneself and one’s relationships is possible from personal experience, I am passionate about paying forward the lessons and wisdom I was given.
