Tatiana Balashova (Life in Glow Wellness)

Counsellor/Therapist
Nowadays so often people feel lost or on the verge of professional burnout, there are also people who choose a "wrong profession" or simply can't figure out how to monetize what they love, still others can't find a meaning in what they do. It is not a cookie-cutter recipe how to choose the best possible profession and occupation which would feel fulfilling, and contemporary reality in various places around the world differs. With digital world and events of the past years many people faced a necessary change, yet not all could manage to adapt and find the best possible job and a source of income. There are different ways of finding a fulfilling job and desired income, I am happy to offer guidance on finding a career path or balance between combining 2-3 jobs (yes some people do it and feel more fulfilled) or maybe even look into having a project or side hassle which bring your semi-passive income and allows more flexibility for bringing up kids or developing another work path or project. In terms of timeline of sessions, I recommend 1-2 sessions per week, some clients might make the best decisions in just 1-3 sessions, in other cases it might require 5-12 sessions to get more clarity and a positive mindset and to have time to implement the desired change receiving guidance, support and insights through the sessions. The unique creative methods I practice work with the subconscious mind, they are very insightful, deep and interesting to work with, there is a wide specter of techniques for finding a career, a niche, and internal and external support system for achieving goals in an authentic way. Tatiana is one of the few practitioners in the English-speaking world offering unique integrative approach based on a few contemporary methods popular in Europe - MACards Counselling and Life Coaching, Emotion-Image Therapy and Art Therapy.
