I believe that we all have the capacity to heal. I take a trauma-informed, body-based, and spiritually grounded approach to working with clients. I have experience working with clients (primarily women) from a variety of backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety and co-occurring health issues impacting mental health. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness, expressive arts, and other holistic modalities into my sessions and will provide you with resources to utilize in your everyday life. As Carl Jung states, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become".

I partner with you to heal emotional trauma and gain self-acceptance through my specialized mind-body approach. The focus of my practice is to facilitate the client's self-concept and self-esteem. Issues include anger management; addictions; depression; sexual assault/domestic violence; PTSD; career counseling; and multicultural and diverse populations, among others. I am also a State of Nevada Approved Primary and Secondary Supervisor for Marriage & Family Therapy and Clinical Professional Counselor Interns.

I support people in their self-esteem, in their new orientation and in their talents and happiness. I train people for a better appearance in authentic branding. I offer strong solutions for a fulfilled life.
