I am on my own personal journey in this lifetime, and am committed to constantly working with my growth edges. This means I spend a lot of time educating myself, expanding my awareness and consciousness, and practicing new approaches in my own life and relationships. This gives me a tremendous amount of material to pull from in terms of understanding the experiences of my clients and offering ideas and suggestions. I am highly motivated to support adults in moving through the various phases of adult development. It is difficult to grow and change, and it is also difficult to remain stagnant. I support adults to navigate that internal struggle in ways that feel authentic and true to their own beliefs and values.
