As a licensed psychologist with over two decades of experience, I, Dr. Charles R. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and career stress. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, integrating psychodynamic and interpersonal theories to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and couples. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who are gifted or have learning disabilities, helping them harness their strengths and overcome obstacles. At Davenport Psychology, I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. Additionally, I offer telehealth services in over 40 states, making quality mental health care accessible to a broader range of clients.
