Sometimes, these experiences can be confusing or strange. We may not know what to do with them or what to think about them.
Sometimes we know there’s more. There’s an urge to go deeper, farther, have more experiences, have more direct connection with God, Source, the Universe, etc.
As a person on a spiritual path for a dozen years, I’ve had a ton of my own direct experiences from a variety of traditions.
Many good, intense, powerful, deep experiences and a couple of tough ones.
With training and certifications in Reiki, yoga, breathwork, inner child work, kirtan and mantra chanting, and a plethora of other energy work and meditation methods, I am happy to share tools and perspectives to support you on your journey.
