Affair and Infidelity Recovery is a central focus of my couples-only practice. I work with couples healing from emotional, sexual, online, transactional, or financial infidelity and other forms of betrayal. Because the early stages of discovery can be overwhelming, this work often benefits from intensive sessions lasting 2–6 hours, depending on the couple’s needs. Longer sessions provide the time and care needed to support the betrayed partner—who may have had no idea the infidelity was occurring—while also helping the partner who engaged in the betrayal face the impact of their choices, take meaningful accountability, and participate in repair. Together, we work to stabilize the immediate crisis, establish emotional safety, address urgent questions, understand the relationship patterns without blaming the betrayed partner, and determine whether trust and intimacy can be rebuilt.
