I will work with you to look at your experience and how you speak to yourself as a way of understanding how you may impact others, allowing for a different way of being in the world.

We identify the origins of where this started, the reasons behind it. We may use CBT worksheets in order to reframe triggers and set goals for the client to achieve regarding this. There may be an element of exposure therapy if the client wants to and feels able to work towards this.
