Adima Hawkes

Counsellor/Therapist, Psychotherapist, Spiritual Teacher, Gene Keys Guide, Trainer Tibetan Acupressure & Iridology
A warm welcome. I work with people from all backgrounds, across cultures and religions. The people I’ve met over the last three decades have influenced my way of working at least as much as my studies at university, in mystery schools and with alternative healing. I empower my clients to help themselves with practical wisdom for embodiment, so that transformation becomes a lasting, self-conducted process in daily life. Supporting inner stability and healthy navigation in this crazy world is as important to me as reflecting the truth of your spiritual being. I am known for good intuition, deep empathy and humour. My orientation in guiding you is through listening, listening to you and into the field of your life's situation. I will not fix you, simply because you do not need fixing. I will rather connect you with the possibilities of self-leadership and healing that are already in you. I discovered that healing follows facing and embracing what's in the depth of the inner shadow consciousness. Right from there, transformation happens from the darkness into the light, not by putting a pretend gloss over the dark spots. All the tools I use are in service of discovering, befriending and being exactly how you are. I invite you to embrace life as you are. Contact me risk free, I offer up to 25 mins free intake (video) call.

Psychologist, MEd, BEd, QTS, GMBPsS, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Accred, Leadership, Somatic & Polyvagal Cert
I’m an ADHD and executive function coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS) working with neurodivergent adults, professionals and students who want to understand how their mind and nervous system actually work. My approach goes beyond surface-level productivity strategies. We work with the whole system - brain, body and identity - so you can develop clarity, emotional steadiness and sustainable ways of operating. Many people with ADHD know they are intelligent and capable, yet everyday life can feel harder than it should. Together we translate your natural thinking style into practical structure, stronger self-trust and consistent progress. My work integrates executive function coaching, nervous-system awareness and identity development so change happens from the inside out, not just through temporary motivation. Many of my clients are ambitious, fast-thinking individuals - founders, professionals, leaders and students - navigating high expectations while managing ADHD. Alongside my coaching practice, I consult with corporates, educational institutions and organisations globally on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and how to effectively support neurodivergent talent. Aravinda Nandakumar

Counsellor/Therapist, EMDR, EFT, SCHEMA Therapy, M.Sc. (Counselling & Family Therapy)
Are you struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationship patterns, or experiences from the past that continue to affect you today? You may find yourself repeating the same patterns, feeling disconnected in your relationships, struggling with self-worth, or finding it difficult to manage emotions despite trying to move forward. I work with adults, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, attachment concerns, self-esteem difficulties and long-standing emotional patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative and personalised. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Schema Therapy and EMDR, along with other evidence-based approaches, depending on your individual needs. I aim to understand not only what you are experiencing now, but also the deeper emotional and relational patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties. For couples, I use an attachment-focused EFT lens to help partners understand their cycles of conflict, emotional disconnection and unmet needs, and work towards greater safety and connection. I offer online therapy to clients across India and, where permitted by applicable local requirements, to clients in the UAE and UK. If you’re considering therapy and would like to explore whether we might be a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Dereham, England therapist: John Castleford, registered psychotherapist

John Castleford

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring. I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders. We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control. Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression. Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was. I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.
