I could tell you that I am warm and personable and could list all the variety of clients that I have worked with as well as my wide experience in schools, education and with families (my own as well as other people’s). More important than that though is for me to understand your story, your situation, your plans and vision for the week, month and year. You are an individual and your situation is also totally unique. For you, choosing and working with the right counsellor is vitally important so please contact me to find out more. A good and open relationship between a client and counsellor is essential and I tailor my sessions to work to your needs. Natalie Jane - Narcissistic Abuse & Relationship Recovery Counsellor

Counsellor/Therapist
Are you wondering whether you are overreacting, or why you still miss someone who hurt you? Perhaps a relationship has left you anxious, doubting yourself and no longer sure who you are. I specialise in helping people recover from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, betrayal and the patterns that keep pulling them back, so you can trust yourself again. I am a trauma-informed integrative counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist, and I also support couples, people living with addiction (including sex and porn addiction), anxiety, grief and low self-esteem. What makes working with me different is that support does not stop when the session ends: you can arrange short WhatsApp check-ins between sessions. I work online with English speakers in the UK, Spain, Portugal and worldwide. Sessions run seven days a week, 7am to 8pm UK time (8am to 9pm Central European Time), including early mornings, evenings and weekends, with fees from £55 and concession places available. Dubai, Dubai therapist: Lulu AlRashdi, life coach
Serving Women

Lulu AlRashdi

Life Coach
From an ex-police officer to a trauma-informed life coach. My journey has been profound. I learned that the greatest gift we can give ourselves is recognizing who we truly are beneath our conditioning, survival patterns, and past experiences. Many of the struggles we face today are rooted in childhood experiences, unconscious beliefs, and emotional wounds that continue to shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world. My role is to help you gently explore these patterns, understand their origins, and create awareness without judgment.

John Castleford

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring. I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders. We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control. Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression. Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was. I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.
