Natalie Jane - Narcissistic Abuse & Relationship Recovery Counsellor

Counsellor/Therapist
Are you wondering whether you are overreacting, or why you still miss someone who hurt you? Perhaps a relationship has left you anxious, doubting yourself and no longer sure who you are. I specialise in helping people recover from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, betrayal and the patterns that keep pulling them back, so you can trust yourself again. I am a trauma-informed integrative counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist, and I also support couples, people living with addiction (including sex and porn addiction), anxiety, grief and low self-esteem. What makes working with me different is that support does not stop when the session ends: you can arrange short WhatsApp check-ins between sessions. I work online with English speakers in the UK, Spain, Portugal and worldwide. Sessions run seven days a week, 7am to 8pm UK time (8am to 9pm Central European Time), including early mornings, evenings and weekends, with fees from £55 and concession places available. Book a free 30-minute chat at https://appt.link/meet-with-natalie-jane-ACC3DbLM/web-conference - there is no pressure and no commitment, just a chance to ask questions and see whether we are a good fit.

Lavinia May

Counsellor/Therapist, MNCPS (Acc.)
Hi, I'm Lavinia. If you and your partner keep having the same argument, feel disconnected, or find yourselves walking on eggshells - you're not alone, and things can change. I specialise in couples therapy, and also work with individuals. My approach is warm, honest and practical: we'll make sense of what's going on between you, and build small, realistic steps that help your relationship feel easier, closer and more like you again. I use proven tools and techniques - without the jargon. Sessions feel like real conversations with direction: we set goals together, track what's working, and adapt as we go. I work with couples and individuals navigating: recurring arguments & communication breakdowns · trust & repair after conflict · intimacy & emotional disconnection · anxiety creeping into the relationship · family & in-law boundaries · life transitions & burnout · reconnecting after a rough patch Practicalities: 50-minute sessions • Online or in person in my Sandbach office • Individual & Couples. 🎁 20% Off All Therapy Sessions: Summer is here - and so is 20% off all therapy sessions. Let's make it count! Next step: Introductory Session 50 minutes | Individuals & Couples The first step is an initial session together - a relaxed conversation to get to know each other, hear a little about what's been going on, and explore how I may be able to support you. There's no pressure or commitment at this stage. Prefer to skip the Introductory Session? You're welcome to book your first therapy session directly. A good and open relationship between a client and counsellor is essential and I tailor my sessions to work to your needs. Jason Fletcher Hypnotherapy and Coaching

Hypnotherapist, FNCIP SQHP
With 23 years’ experience, I help people understand why they feel stuck and how to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, phobias, or patterns that continue despite your best efforts, I offer a calm, structured approach that focuses on what is maintaining the problem. My work is grounded, practical, and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, we work on the underlying patterns that keep difficulties in place. Some people notice meaningful change within a small number of sessions. Others choose to work more deeply over time. If you’re tired of managing and want a clearer way forward, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Chelmsford, England therapist: Peter Dutton, registered psychotherapist
Integrative

Peter Dutton

Registered Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Sports Performance Psychologist. Registered BACP Member
I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Sports Performance Psychologist, and High Performance coach, working with individuals who want to perform, lead, and live at a higher level while protecting their wellbeing. My work spans high-performing environments, including professional athletes performing at the highest level, CEOs, Founders, MDs, and individuals navigating pressure, transition, and identity challenges. I support clients to strengthen focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and decision-making, particularly in moments where performance, responsibility, and personal life intersect. Alongside performance work, I have a strong background in working with couples, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. I believe strong relationships are a foundation for both personal wellbeing and professional performance. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples with anxiety, stress, overthinking, panic, addiction, low confidence, relationship difficulties, loss, and major life transitions. This dual perspective allows me to work not just on surface performance, but on the underlying psychological patterns that sustain long-term success and resilience.
