Natalie Jane - Narcissistic Abuse & Relationship Recovery Counsellor

Counsellor/Therapist
Are you wondering whether you are overreacting, or why you still miss someone who hurt you? Perhaps a relationship has left you anxious, doubting yourself and no longer sure who you are. I specialise in helping people recover from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, betrayal and the patterns that keep pulling them back, so you can trust yourself again. I am a trauma-informed integrative counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist, and I also support couples, people living with addiction (including sex and porn addiction), anxiety, grief and low self-esteem. What makes working with me different is that support does not stop when the session ends: you can arrange short WhatsApp check-ins between sessions. I work online with English speakers in the UK, Spain, Portugal and worldwide. Sessions run seven days a week, 7am to 8pm UK time (8am to 9pm Central European Time), including early mornings, evenings and weekends, with fees from £55 and concession places available. If you are looking for guidance with anxiety, fears, depression, or trauma and ptsd, it takes courage to ask for help. Admitting you can’t do everything on your own, is the first step toward achieving wellness in a fast-paced, demanding world. You are an expert on your situation. You understand it better than anyone because you are always in it, but when was the last time you stepped away to look at it from a new perspective? My approach is focused on helping you feel that you are whole, capable, enough, and doing your best - because you are. Maybe, you just need some new skills to cope with all that goes on in your life. What you have learned in life never covered this. Or, perhaps, you've been feeling stuck in the same cycle of symptoms and are ready to try new skills to gain relief. We will work together to implement practical skills, create new habits, and get you moving again. My approach is more active. I will be an active participant in your healing journey. Together, we will identify your most important goals and needs and work on a plan to get you there.

Dereham, England therapist: John Castleford, registered psychotherapist
DBT

John Castleford

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring. I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders. We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control. Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression. Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was. I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Headline: Move Beyond Just "Coping"—Build a Life Guided by Values, Not Fear. About Me If you’re here, you’re likely exhausted. Exhausted by the "what-ifs" of anxiety, the rigid rules of an eating disorder, the cycles of OCD, or the heavy weight of past trauma. You’ve probably tried to "think" your way out of these feelings, only to find yourself more stuck. I’m Brittany (she/her), co-founder of Intuitive Wellness Therapy Group. I am an action-oriented, compassionate therapist for those who are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start reclaiming their lives. My Approach: Action-Oriented & Mind-Body Focused In a private-pay practice, you deserve more than just a place to vent. You deserve a specialized roadmap. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches to help you drop the rope in the tug-of-war with your thoughts. My approach is individualized and somatic (mind-body). We don’t just talk about change; we practice it. Together, we create a non-judgmental space where we swap criticism for curiosity. We will: Identify your core value system: Deciding what actually matters to you, separate from your anxiety or disorder. Bridge the mind-body gap: Learning to process trauma and distress where it lives—in your nervous system. Take bold action: Moving toward a "life worth living" by taking steps that align with your authentic self. The Private Pay Advantage Choosing a private pay therapist means your care is never dictated by an insurance company’s codes or session limits. It allows us the freedom to work at the pace and depth you actually need. I maintain a smaller, dedicated caseload to ensure you receive the high-touch, individualized support required for deep healing in areas like OCD, trauma, anxiety and ED recovery. Next Steps You don't have to navigate this alone. If you're ready to stop let fear drive and start living authentically, book a free discovery call here. Let's see how we can work together to get you back to the person you were meant to be.
