If you are looking for guidance with anxiety, fears, depression, or trauma and ptsd, it takes courage to ask for help. Admitting you can’t do everything on your own, is the first step toward achieving wellness in a fast-paced, demanding world.
You are an expert on your situation. You understand it better than anyone because you are always in it, but when was the last time you stepped away to look at it from a new perspective? My approach is focused on helping you feel that you are whole, capable, enough, and doing your best - because you are.
Maybe, you just need some new skills to cope with all that goes on in your life. What you have learned in life never covered this. Or, perhaps, you've been feeling stuck in the same cycle of symptoms and are ready to try new skills to gain relief. We will work together to implement practical skills, create new habits, and get you moving again.
My approach is more active. I will be an active participant in your healing journey. Together, we will identify your most important goals and needs and work on a plan to get you there.

I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring.
I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders.
We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control.
Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression.
Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was.
I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.

You may have landed here because something no longer fits—an old story, a relationship, a way of being. Perhaps you’re tired of coping alone, of hiding the parts of you that feel too much, too sensitive, too complicated. I work with individuals who long for depth, authenticity, and a different way of relating to themselves and the world.
I also work with professionals and executives who are navigating high levels of responsibility, internal pressure, or relational complexity, and who are seeking a deeper, more grounded way of being.
My practice is grounded in Jungian, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches. Together, we listen for the deeper patterns, the quiet truths, the body’s wisdom, and the symbols that want to emerge. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about making space for what’s true. For what’s been silenced or buried. It’s about becoming more whole.
I am an Australia-based psychotherapist offering online sessions to clients both locally and internationally. I work with individuals seeking depth-oriented, trauma-informed psychotherapy in a reflective, non-crisis setting.
As I am registered in Australia, I do not provide emergency or crisis services. Clients are encouraged to have local support available if needed.
If you’re ready to explore at your own pace—with compassion, honesty, and curiosity—I’m here. This work is best suited to those who are ready for reflective, insight-oriented psychotherapy rather than short-term or crisis-based support.

I believe therapy is a great gift that you give to your body, mind and soul- and that gift can improve all the relationships in your personal, work and family relationships. In essence, we want to move towards more ease and enjoyment. We can get curious about what you learnt growing up and in your life to date that created your world-view, your assumptions and even your body's responses to the situations you face. We will also open up new options for your responses so that you can be more authentically yourself within your world. This doesn't just involve thinking differently but being able to use the felt-sense in your body and nervous system. Often, I experience people coming to therapy with knowledge and self awareness but that thing doesn't seem to shift the problem- because it's deep in the body response system. We can work together with all of it, not just the logical mind but what's beneath that may be quietly running the show!
I work with an integrative palette of approaches and tools, and share them with you in our conversations. We will work with thoughts and feelings as well as the responses of your body. When we start to shift what is available to our felt-sense, our perceptions and actions can shift dramatically. This is one of the things I love about the recent post-graduate training I've undertaken in Somatic Experiencing. I'm at the Advanced level of training in this method and it informs my approach to trauma, to neurodiversity and to relationships. I've also undertaken significant studies in ADHD and autism to help work with neurodivergence. I work with empathy, curiosity, compassion and respect for your intelligence and goals for yourself.
