I support your growth while Frustrating your defenses- I work to confront my clients in their blind spots, because (as a New Yorker) I understand that speaking from a place of love may not always mean people-pleasing. But with the warmth of my Californian identity, I work to be fluid and flexible, using somatic interventions to develop and cathart Embodied Trauma. Sometimes the history lives in the present.

I believe that the work we do with others is deeply influenced by the work we are willing to do within ourselves. My own healing journey has profoundly shaped the therapist I am today. I have experienced my own process of moving through old patterns, becoming more deeply connected to myself, learning to listen to my body and intuition, and discovering that healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about coming home to who we truly are. I consider myself both a therapist and an intuitive healer and guide. I bring my clinical training and professional experience together with a deep trust in intuition, the wisdom of the body, and the idea that there is often more happening beneath the surface than what we can immediately see or explain. I pay attention not only to what you tell me, but also to what I sense may be asking for attention within the therapeutic space. My hope is that you feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted when you are with me. You do not need to have the right words, understand exactly what is wrong, or arrive with everything figured out. We can begin wherever you are. I feel honored to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and transformative chapters of their lives. I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers, but rather as someone who can help you listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom and reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know the way forward.
