I work with adults navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, traumatic grief, high-stress experiences, and other events that continue to feel unresolved. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. You won’t be expected to tell your entire story all at once or push into anything before you feel prepared.
My Signature Intensive begins with a 4-hour intensive session on Tuesday and a 3-hour intensive session on Thursday. This structure gives us time to prepare carefully, do focused trauma work, and support what comes next.
If you already have a therapist, I’m happy to collaborate with them, with your permission, so the intensive can complement the work you’re already doing rather than replace it.
I believe good trauma therapy should help you understand yourself more clearly, feel less controlled by the past, and move forward with greater steadiness and choice.
