My goal is to encourage you in your journey and make aspects of your present life more manageable and fulfilling-improving interpersonal relationships with loved ones, and job or school performance.
My treatment approach is foundationally built on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skill building; addressing three major areas: emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills. With a combination of processing, identifying thinking patterns, and developing skills, people are often able to achieve a new level of stability, peace, and relief. I have been in your shoes as a client and have seen the transformative power of DBT in my own life. I firmly believe that we are not just deserving of joy, we are entitled to it as human beings!
