In addition to hypnotherapy, I'm also a trained coach and have had several coaching clients, helping them have the confidence to move forward, eliminate mental blocks to achieving success, enabling them to be more comfortable and confident stepping into leadership roles, speaking in front of groups. I had one particular client who feared being in the presence of someone prominent in her field, someone who she needed to see at conferences, who she would have to deal with to move ahead in her business. Up until coming to me, she would be so triggered by his presence she couldn't function at all. After one session and me providing her with a custom tailored hypnosis MP3 for building confidence, she no longer feared him, in fact his presence no longer had any effect on her whatsoever and her business has taken off. She recently confided in me that she still listens to her MP3 regualrly to give her a boost and she refers many clients to me. For most of my life I have been an artist and teacher and so creativity is a particular interest of mine and so I have helped many artists, writers, musicians, and business people engage with their creative selves and break through blocks.

I help those who are stuck in a demoralizing, life-draining career and find clarity on what it is that is going to give you the most meaning in life. After this, we work together at mapping out a realistic strategy for getting you there. I use motivational coaching, inspirational feeling development, hypnosis, pineal gland breathwork, NLP, EMT, and additional modalities, as needed. Once we can define what it is we truly want out of life, what truly makes us happy, and then apply the realistic strategy, the path forward is revealed and there is no turning back. In some cases, trauma-clearing needs to happen in order to move forward, and in those cases, we would use a hypnotic regression back to the cause so we can clear the root cause and end the looping pattern. Each case is different but the majority of clients excel when they clear layers to arrive at the truth (dharma) and we then use a combination of visualizing that future, along with sustaining elevated emotions, until it becomes our reality.

I believe choosing a career is about choosing what is most meaningful for you. Do you not know what your calling is? Let's discover it. Do you know what it is, but feel it's too hard to get there? Let's explore together. Sure, some of us need to balance our work choices with personal needs, family limitations, and more. But we can find a path that is exciting, satisfying, and in alignment with our heart. Career counseling isn't about taking questionnaires, although they may help illuminate interior responses. Career counseling is about finding your source of YES! and making it reality.
