CBT-I is a short-term, evidence-based treatment that can help people with insomnia improve their sleep quality and get more restful sleep. In many cases it can also help you get more sleep. CBT-I typically involves multiple components. You will work with your therapist on each of these as needed, individualized to your sleep issues, with most people seeing significant improvement in 3 to 6 visits.
