My own journey—through adoption, trauma, parenting a child with mental health challenges, divorce, remarriage, and spiritual growth—deeply informs the way I show up for clients with compassion, understanding, and respect.
While I work directly with many clients, I also lead a team of dedicated clinicians who share this same commitment. Together, we create a space where you can feel truly seen, build insight, and develop the skills needed to move forward.
