I specialise in the subconscious patterns underneath anxiety, imposter syndrome and self-doubt in otherwise capable adults. The people I work with are usually intelligent and self-aware. They understand their patterns. They have read the books. And still the pattern keeps showing up. That is the gap RTT was built for.
