My approach draws from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Trauma-Informed approaches. I pay attention to both your present concerns and the deeper influences that may be shaping them, while keeping our work grounded in your individual experiences and goals.
Therapy doesn't have to begin with having all the answers. Sometimes, knowing that you want something to be different is enough of a place to start.
