Antony Alexander

Registered Psychotherapist, RP, CCC
There are times when we know we want something to change, but aren’t quite sure what needs to change—or where to begin. Perhaps you want to understand yourself better, improve your relationships, develop a stronger sense of self, or make sense of patterns that seem to keep repeating. Sometimes, what brings us to therapy is a specific concern; at other times, it is simply a feeling that something in our lives or relationships isn’t quite working the way we would like it to. I work with adults around relationships, self-esteem, emotional patterns, life transitions, and the experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others. Together, we explore not only what is happening, but what may be underneath it. You might find yourself asking: Why do I keep responding this way? Why do I struggle to trust or feel close to others? Why is it difficult to set boundaries? Why do I keep being so hard on myself? Why do certain experiences continue to affect me? Rather than offering quick solutions or telling you what you should do, I believe therapy is a space to slow down, become curious about your experience, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. We work collaboratively to explore the emotions, beliefs, relationships, and patterns that influence the way you experience yourself and the world around you. My approach draws from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Trauma-Informed approaches. I pay attention to both your present concerns and the deeper influences that may be shaping them, while keeping our work grounded in your individual experiences and goals. Therapy doesn't have to begin with having all the answers. Sometimes, knowing that you want something to be different is enough of a place to start. If you’re ready to explore what’s beneath the surface and understand yourself in a new way, I’d be glad to begin that exploration with you.

Julie Taylor Counselling

Counsellor/Therapist, MTC, RCS
With over 20 years' counselling experience let me help you find the life you wish for. I am the proud mother of 4 sons (now adult) and grandmother to 8 (a mixture of girls and boys)! In addition to counselling I’ve worked in hospital administration, construction, business, advertising/marketing and farming. I also love to learn. Neurodiversity explains how our brains work and affect our behaviour and enables us to use tools to level the playing field so that you get the absolute most from your life. Explore the connection between your reactions and your past and the strong connection between the body, the psyche and the brain (including polyvagal work). (I also ballroom-dance at every opportunity!)

Is your child or teen feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, school challenges, or difficulty managing big emotions? Perhaps learning differences, neurodivergence, family conflict, or life transitions are creating stress at home or school. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who want a supportive space to better understand these challenges. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation, confidence, coping skills, and stronger relationships so clients feel more capable, understood, and supported in their daily lives. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and families navigating ADHD, autism (ASD), anxiety, school issues, learning challenges, and life transitions. Using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and experiential approaches, including play-based techniques, I help clients strengthen emotional regulation, build coping skills, and develop greater confidence and resilience Behind every behaviour is a story waiting to be heard. If you or your child feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, therapy can provide a supportive space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening. Together we’ll explore strengths, build practical tools, and create meaningful change so you can move forward with greater confidence and connection.
