Mind Body Connections is a group practice with locations in Naperville and Chicago, and the professional home of 10 highly skilled therapists each in their areas of expertise. We believe in the importance of identifying and attending to the root cause of the issues that brought you to seek therapy at this time. By working with us, you will gain skills to support yourself outside of the therapy hour and feel more empowered to tackle life's challenges. As the owner of Mind Body Connections, I will personally do your intake within less than 48 hours and place you with the clinician that will best meet your needs.

We are a virtual and in person Christian Counseling/Therapy Practice/Certified Life Coach and Consulting practice. Here at NewBirth Counseling & Wellness Group, focusing on the wellness and wellbeing of Individuals, families, children, couples, partnering with Northside Medical Centers. & other facilities across the board assisting to uncover the root issues that make navigating difficult life situations unbearable. We offer effective psychological care. Our focus is working to assist with healing as a whole and become aware of their inner strengths through Counseling or Coaching. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to their concerns, customizing a treatment plan that fits their need. We assist each individual with love and care.

Healing isn't about fixing what's wrong with you - there is nothing wrong with you. Healing is permission to your nervous system to experience the safety, support, and connection it may have missed earlier in life. When the body begins to feel safe, many symptoms that once seemed unrelated can begin to make sense. Then you begin to heal and develop into your full potential. I create a safe space for you to slow down, settle, and be yourself. I help you make sense of complex experiences that seem disconnected so you can heal into wholeness.

Stay rooted deeply in the present moment, allowing your intuition, knowing, and being-ness to shine! These 1.5 hr. Expressive Arts Therapy sessions offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I have created a dynamic toolbox that can meet anyone where they are regardless of what topic you would like to explore. Combining mindfulness, talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative approaches every session is unique depending on what is most nourishing for you on that specific day.
