Licensed Professional Counselor, LPCC
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what’s going on without feeling like you have to have everything figured out first. I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and connected to your real life—not just a place to talk about problems. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your own thoughts, struggling with confidence, or navigating a major transition, we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way and find ways forward. I’ll meet you where you are while also challenging you when it can help you grow. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. If something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, therapy can be a place to start making a change.

Healing isn't about fixing what's wrong with you - there is nothing wrong with you. Healing is permission to your nervous system to experience the safety, support, and connection it may have missed earlier in life. When the body begins to feel safe, many symptoms that once seemed unrelated can begin to make sense. Then you begin to heal and develop into your full potential. I create a safe space for you to slow down, settle, and be yourself. I help you make sense of complex experiences that seem disconnected so you can heal into wholeness.

Cleveland carries a post-industrial identity with deep civic pride, and the mental health effects of decades of economic decline — job loss, population contraction, and community stress — are themes many local therapists engage with regularly. The city is home to the Cleveland Clinic, one of the world's premier medical institutions, which maintains extensive psychiatric and behavioral health services alongside a large private practice community concentrated in Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, and Lakewood. Cleveland's large Black community and history of racial inequity drive demand for culturally affirming therapists who work with racial trauma and social justice themes. University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center provides additional institutional mental health resources in a city with a well-established independent practice community.
