Dr. Ashley Geerts-Perry
Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
As a licensed psychologist, I am deeply passionate about supporting my clients in enhancing their self-worth and building on their inherent strengths. I believe in the power of rewriting personal narratives, helping clients reframe maladaptive beliefs about themselves and embrace a more empowering story. My approach is rooted in fostering emotional acceptance and guiding clients toward a life that aligns with their values.
I work from a family systems and attachment perspective, recognizing the profound impact relationships and early experiences have on one’s sense of self. I integrate psychodynamic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to create a therapeutic space that promotes self-compassion, growth, and resilience. My goal is to help clients not only understand their past but also move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and emotional well-being.
