Anxiety is one of the Goliaths of our time. There is no way around the mountain of pain and darkness; you have to go through in order to get to the light on the other side. The work I offer works to pull out all the tools to support you on the sometimes arduous trek toward inner peace. Part of being a spiritual warrior is having the courage to shine a light on the monsters that are keeping you stuck—to look at the obstacles to finding your self-culture squarely in the eye—and when you see the dark within, you have to name it, claim it and then transform it. This process is a kind of facing one's imagined demons so as to finally slay them! The feelings of turmoil, self doubt, insecurity are all part of the darkness that if left untouched will take over..... The only way to neutralize and transform any part of yourself that is causing you pain and grief is to completely and courageously shine a light on it and then systematically master it through a process of detecting it, disrupting it and eventually replacing it. Breathwork, visualization, thought logs, parts work, supplements, talk therapy as well as somatic focusing are all part of the tool box we draw from in order to neutralize anxiety holistically.
