True Health Counselling
Counsellor/Therapist, Tracey Nguyen, Holistic Advanced Nurse Psychotherapist RN, MN
You are here because relationships and life for you have been an emotional and spiritual battle through your drained soul and body. Long-term narcissistic abuse, BPD, codependency and complex trauma have been a journey of living in survival mode. You are tired of suffering and not living better. You want better than this, and yes, you can have it. Many clients have told me they have been missing something from therapy after countless therapists - deep, soulful relationship healing and actionable steps that get into your heart of soul wounds, not just talk therapy and endlessly validating feelings. While we do this, we do so much more. Being in therapy with me is like experiencing the deep end of you with a professional best friend, shaman and prophetic healer in tune with your soul, body and spirit.
I will help you heal your complex trauma, navigate difficult relationships and guide you toward the reclamation of your soul, voice and power.
Evidence-based, integrative, holistic, complex trauma-informed DBT, mindfulness, Gestalt method and faith-based, I don't leave any part of you out of the equation - mind-body-soul-spirit healing. Where science, natural intelligence and God intersect. All parts of you deserve therapy at this deep level. If you're still reading and feel it, book a consultation with me. I look forward to connecting with you
