Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurodevelopment disorder that impairs a person’s ability in communication, interpersonal interactions, and as a result, daily functioning. ASD can usually be detected within the first 3 years of life, during early childhood development. The effects of ASD can differ from person to person depending on the severity of their condition, their development level, and their age.
Asperger syndrome is a disorder on the Autism Spectrum, that affects a person’s functional and social development. These people often find it challenging to work in collaborative and busy environments and thus require a lot of support from people close to them.
