Caitlin Marchand
Registered Psychotherapist, RP
Childhood and adolescence are times of immense social, biological, and psychological learning and change; which can be difficult for children and youth to navigate at the best of times. Therapy can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to support children, youth, and caregivers, as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences using a mix of creativity, play and experiential activities, as well as talk therapy. Depending on the age of the client, I work collaboratively with children, youth, and their support systems to dig deeper into the your experiences, understanding of the world around you, and preferred ways of being. Emaan Singh
Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW
During one-on-one sessions, I incorporate fun and interactive ways to connect with children and guide them in understanding their feelings, emotions, and behaviours. Sessions are designed to support their emotional and psychological well-being during this crucial stage of development. My role is to help them build coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, problem-solving techniques, and healthy communication patterns. I strive to ensure that families leave our sessions feeling supported, cared for, and equipped with effective resources that can be implemented into their daily lives, helping them reach their full potential.

Adrienne Sharma-Richardson PhD MEd RP OCT
Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Gestalt Psychotherapist Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Gottman Trained Couples Therapist
With my many years in education I am able and skilled at working with and relating to children and adolescents.
However what I believe makes me truly effective is that I am approachable.
What can I say kids like my smile!
It's also probably because I am still a kid at heart, and because I know what its like for kids to suffer trauma.
My father died when I was 10, he was an alcoholic and was abusive.
I grew up with prejudice, as I am half East Indian.
I moved out when I was 15 because I couldn't stand my step-father.
I started using drugs when I was 13 stopped at 26.
I believe kids need structure and discipline to keep them safe.
My students always said Miss Richardson is really tough.
She is firm but fair, and we have fun!
