My approach is primarily guided by cognitive behaviour therapy which looks at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Prior to counselling, I managed market research projects at Ipsos-Reid, and prior to that I worked at the YMCA in fitness. Accordingly I have degrees in kinesiology, business (MBA), and Counselling Psychology (Master's).
